Day 2: Certified Workshop
Cambridge Policy Boot Camp
The Cambridge Policy Boot Camp is a separately ticketed, fully certified hands-on workshop led by CRSD facilitators from the University of Cambridge. Delegates work in small groups to apply the Cambridge co-creation methodology to live AI governance challenges, moving from diagnosis to co-designed policy intervention in a single day.
Participants leave with a Certificate of Participation and a transferable framework they can apply immediately within their own organisations.
Identify Untapped Assets
Surface hidden resources, capabilities, and voices within your system that are routinely overlooked, and learn how to mobilise them for better AI outcomes.
Identify Unintended Consequences
Develop the diagnostic skills to spot second- and third-order effects of AI deployment before they become entrenched harms: for communities, institutions, and markets.
Combine Diversified Assets
Learn how to bring together knowledge, expertise, and perspectives from across sectors and geographies to design more resilient, inclusive AI governance frameworks.
Reduce Risks of Failure
Apply structured co-creation techniques that stress-test policy interventions against real-world constraints, reducing the likelihood of costly missteps at scale.
